Chattogram is one of the commercial cities where Bangladesh open University has also operated its operation and enlightened thousands of dropped students to the light of education. Chattogram RC office is located in the central Railway Building (CRB) area.

Cumilla Regional Center is situated in an entry location of the Cumilla city besides the Dhaka – Cumilla highway called Durgapur. After establishing Bangladesh Open University, the BOU authority tried to spread its ranges and facility across the Cumilla. The Jashore Regional Center office is situated at Uposahor in Jashore city. Bangladesh Open University in 1994 initiatives to take the Jashore territory under its authority to assure the availability of BOU resources and activities in the Region through its Coordinating offices and Study centers. Khulna Regional Center is one of the mentionable RS among the twelve RSC of BOU that is situated in a good location beside Khulna-Satkhira Highway near Khulna University and is important for communication. Zero Point of Khulna city. Bangladesh Open University included Khulna and started to function on 1st July 1999 in this city, and presently, BPOU has about to reach its goal.
